Is there an age requirement for renting?

You must be 25 to rent and/or tow.

Is the security deposit mandatory?

A refundable security deposit is required & charged at the time of pick-up.

 
Is insurance required for rentals?

Yes. We require you to have full coverage insurance.

 

Towing:

What are some useful tips for towing?

-Use a spotter to help when backing a trailer

-Trailers should never be towed more than 65 MPH

– Make sure to raise the jack completely to avoid damage

-Make wider turns at corners and/or curves to accommodate the trailer you are towing

-Check the trailer tire pressure

-During stops, always check the coupler to ensure it is still seated on the hitch ball and in the latched position with latch pin present. Check the trailer connector to ensure it is completely inserted in the 7-way socket. Ensure safety chains are to the vehicle correctly.

Are there restrictions to what I can haul?

Yes. Hauling hazardous materials are not permitted. Feel free to contact us if you have questions regarding specific items.

Are trailers equipped with tie down points?

Yes. Our trailers are equipped with different tie down points to accommodate your hauling needs.

What if I damage a trailer?

Please contact us immediately if damage occurs during your rental. Upon return of your rental, the trailer will go through our return inspection process. We will assess the damages and will discuss with you at this time. Pictures are taken at pick-up and upon return to ensure you are not held responsible for damage that you did not cause. If damage has occurred, we will contact our insurance adjuster for an estimate of damages. Your security deposit will be held until cost of damage & repairs is discussed and agreed upon.

Are there restrictions as to where I can take the rental?

No. We allow our trailers to be taken anywhere within the United States for an additional $50 out of state fee.

What is the pick-up and return procedure?

Please notify us at 303-746-7886 upon arrival at the gate when picking up or dropping off your rental. We will provide additional instructions for entering and exiting the property.

What if I need to extend my rental?

If you need to extend your rental, please contact us immediately at 303-746-7886 to check availability. If the trailer is available to extend, we are happy to do that for you. Please note, there will be an additional charge for another 24-hours. Any failed payment attempts to the credit card on file, may result in the forfeiting of your security deposit to cover the additional cost of the rental and administrative time.
